Creatine Monohydrate
5,000mgA compound formed from amino acids, found naturally in muscle tissue and in foods such as red meat and fish. We use the standard monohydrate form.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise.The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine, for adults performing high-intensity exercise. One sachet carries 5g.
Taurine
1,000mgAn amino acid found throughout the body and naturally present in meat, fish and shellfish. Ours is synthesised, which is what makes the formula vegan.
Beta-Alanine
800mgA naturally occurring beta-amino acid and a precursor of carnosine.
L-Carnitine
500mgAn amino acid derivative the body makes from lysine and methionine, found naturally in meat and dairy. Synthesised for this formula.
L-Tyrosine
500mgAn amino acid the body makes from phenylalanine, present in most protein-containing foods.
Sodium (Pink Salt)
450mgAn electrolyte mineral. Ours comes from pink salt rather than refined sodium chloride.
Green Tea Extract
375mgStandardised extract of Camellia sinensis leaf, containing catechin polyphenols (including EGCG) and naturally occurring caffeine — about 1.5mg per sachet. No synthetic caffeine is added to X-Fuel.
Potassium
300mgAn electrolyte mineral found in fruit and vegetables. 300mg is 15% of the daily reference intake.
Citicoline (CDP-Choline)
250mgCytidine diphosphate-choline, a naturally occurring choline compound. A health claim for citicoline was assessed for the GB register and refused in November 2025 — so we make none, and list the dose.
Vitamin C
160mgAscorbic acid. 160mg is 200% of the daily reference intake.

Why so little on some of them? UK law only permits health claims that sit on the GB nutrition and health claims register, and most of these actives have none — whatever the wider literature says. So this page tells you what is in the sachet and how much, and leaves the rest to you. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
