1. The subscription, in plain terms

Most KBX products are sold as a subscription. When you start one you agree to a recurring payment. The exact amount, how often it is taken, and the date of your first recurring payment are all shown on the checkout page before you pay, and again in the confirmation email we send immediately afterwards.

Some offers begin with a shorter introductory delivery at a lower price and then continue at the standard price. Where that applies, the introductory price, the standard price and the date the standard price begins are all shown together before you pay. We will not start a subscription without showing you what it becomes.

2. We remind you before every payment

You will get an email before every single payment we take — not just the first one, and not just occasionally. Each reminder tells you the exact amount, the exact date, and gives you a link to skip that delivery, move the date, or cancel.

We do not take silent payments. If you did not get a reminder, tell us and we will put it right.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, and cancelling is as easy as starting. It takes one click from your account or from any reminder email. You will never have to ring anyone, speak to anyone, or explain yourself to get out.

We may offer you the option to skip a delivery or pause instead. You are never required to consider it, and declining it always takes you straight to cancellation.

When you cancel we send written confirmation. Anything you have already paid for still comes to you. Nothing further is taken.

4. Changing your mind

Separately from cancelling, you have a legal right to change your mind about an order within 14 days of receiving it, and to get your money back. To use it, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

Because these are consumable food supplements, this right does not apply to items that have been opened or unsealed, for health-protection and hygiene reasons. Unopened items are covered as normal.

5. Deliveries

We aim to time each delivery so it reaches you before your current supply runs out. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

If a delivery is late, damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will sort it out. That is not a goodwill gesture, it is what you are entitled to.

6. Emails, texts and WhatsApp

Service messages about your subscription — order confirmations, payment reminders, delivery updates and cancellation confirmations — are part of the arrangement and are sent for as long as your subscription is active.

Marketing messages are separate and only go to people who have asked for them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works, and joining a WhatsApp or SMS list is always something you opt into and can leave at any time. Leaving a marketing list does not affect your subscription or the service messages above.

7. Our products

KBX products are food supplements. They are not medicines, they do not treat or prevent any condition, and they are not a substitute for a varied diet or medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under the care of a doctor, speak to a healthcare professional before starting any supplement. Not suitable for under-18s. Keep out of reach of children.

We publish the full dose of every active ingredient on the product page. Descriptions, pricing and availability may change, and we may refuse or cancel an order — if we cancel one you have paid for, you get your money back.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, graphics, logos and images — belongs to KBX Nutrition and is protected by intellectual property law.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, KBX Nutrition is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services or products.

None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
