REVIEW POLICY

We do not currently publish reviews

KBX does not collect customer reviews, and there are no star ratings anywhere on this site. Not hidden, not "coming soon" — we simply have not built it.

We also do not send rating data to Google or anyone else. If you search for us and see stars against our name, they did not come from us.

We would rather tell you that than fill a page with five-star quotes you have no way of checking.

What we publish instead

The journal carries first-person accounts from named people training through the season, including the parts that did not go well. They are accounts of what happened, not endorsements, and we do not present them as reviews or average them into a score.

Where anyone whose words appear on this site has a relationship with us — free product, sponsorship, payment, or anything else of value — that is stated on the piece itself, clearly, and not in a footnote.

The rules, for when we do have reviews

These apply from the day we publish the first one:

• Only people who actually bought the product can review it, and we will say how we verified that.
• Nobody is paid, discounted, entered into a prize draw, or rewarded in any way for leaving a review, and nobody is rewarded more for a positive one.
• We do not write reviews ourselves, commission them, or buy them.
• Negative reviews are not deleted for being negative. We remove a review only if it is abusive, unlawful, reveals someone's personal information, or is clearly not about the product — and never simply because we dislike it.
• Reviews are not reordered or filtered to bury criticism, and any average shown is the real average of every published review.
• We do not edit the substance of a review. If we correct an obvious typo we do not change the meaning.

Telling us about a suspicious review

If you ever see something published under our name that looks fake, incentivised, or misattributed — including on a third-party site — send it to info@kbxnutrition.com. We will look into it and tell you what we found.
